Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
I am not quite up on the Satellite internet stuff, but I know they were talking about a system that had Starlink and another system incorporated. To be honest when this was brought up at the last meeting ARES was the furthest thing from my mind, I was there mainly to be made know publicly that...
Why would I need 16” PVC? It’s 11”x11” so a 12” PVC pipe would work… But… v v v zlooks like a better choice…
This looks like a good solution, thanks… I’m actually thinking about going the DIY route. I have the plans all drawn up just waiting for @K Rose to give me the final bill of approval...

I like the “Skottle” that @dansun86 brought along to the 2022 Memorial Day Trip. It was about 14” diameter and used a MSR Pocket Rocket type burner with an adapter to 1lb bottle or could even adapt up to a big bottle. Like the one you mentioned @OTH Overland , it also had many different ways...
