    Casting off the Jack. I used to do this all the time with my 84 Toyota Pickup. You could lift the entire rear of the truck, and push it out of the ruts. Very Dangerous!!!     Rotopax VS Jerry Cans

    I love the looks and apparent versatility of the Rotopax. I'm with Steve, I just can't get past the cost. Plus with a pickup storage and securing them is not an issue. Also if someone steals my gas can, it easily replaced and not as costly.

    IT IS...I find I can spend all day in my truck, exploring, having fun. BUT I need a real bed at night. My days of many nights in tents and sleeping pads are unfortunately gone. But we just adapt and keep going. The rig just gets a little heavier.
