Casting off the Jack. I used to do this all the time with my 84 Toyota Pickup. You could lift the entire rear of the truck, and push it out of the ruts. Very Dangerous!!!
Impossible to do with my Raptor. With the suspension travel...I can't even get the tire off the ground.
As far as driving off...
I love the looks and apparent versatility of the Rotopax. I'm with Steve, I just can't get past the cost. Plus with a pickup storage and securing them is not an issue.
Also if someone steals my gas can, it easily replaced and not as costly.
I just put firestone air bags (made for the raptor) on mine. I hated them at first!! But now that I have played with the pressures, I'm starting to warm up to them.

IT IS...I find I can spend all day in my truck, exploring, having fun. BUT I need a real bed at night. My days of many nights in tents and sleeping pads are unfortunately gone.
But we just adapt and keep going. The rig just gets a little heavier.
