My RTT didn't come with poles for the rear facing door, so I made some. Now I can prop all three flaps open and still have some rain protection.

Installed the new Fire Ring cb radio cable today, and wow what a difference! Works great with the low profile mount, and the SWR is perfect across the board now!

Small update: Had the truck in the shop last week to get an oil and filter change, transmission oil change and replace the shift solenoid at the same time. They also found and repaired a small leak in the transmission cooler hose, which must account for why the fluid was low previously. Truck...

Some more thoughts on the discussion here, and on the poll results so far. Street tires for offroading - Can you do it and get away with it? Yes, but just because you can doesn't mean you should. If you're sticking to graded FSR's or extremely light tracks, you can probably get away with it...

Absolutely, without a doubt, it's tires, even without a lift. Street tires are absolute garbage off road, while a good set of A/T or M/T tires will massively improve the vehicle's capability and resilience on off road terrain.

I've seen similar boxes designed for contractors that at least in terms of form and function are very similar, but much heavier I'm sure as they're made of metal, and also not modular like this system.
