I picked up another brisket to smoke tomorrow. Cheapest I’ve seen a prime brisket out here at $2.99 a pound. I used to pay $.99 - $1.59 in Texas. What’s brisket going for in your neck of the woods, @ArkansasDon ?

We use a Camp Chef two burner blind stove.

From what I understand, the inReach is supposed to keep trying until a satellite goes over.

Generally, the reason for one center mounted spare is the taillights. I don’t see why you couldn’t make a dual carrier, you may have to incorporate taillights into it to remain legal. Or mount the spares high.

Welcome to the area! There’s a ton of places to go around here, but right now most of those areas are getting pretty deep in snow. Take a day trip up to Gifford and take the ferry across to Inchelium. Then north through Colville, back to spokompton. It’s all asphalt, but pretty.
