Went on an awesome adventure with my brother and friend and found some amazing waterfalls after a fun little off-road drive (with alot of stream crossings) and then promptly blew my high pressure return line for my power steering as soon as I tried to park for lunch

I also have an air compressor you can feel free to use, hey, maybe we can pump up all your tires at the same time!

The power shot of all the rigs around the monument is a must have! Also, does anyone plan on taking a USA flag to take place of the one on the monument? I know that get tattered quite quickly and so often large groups will bring an extra flag

I'm leaving from a bit farther south but also a little later in the day, but I'f there is a convoy I'd love to join

I also crossed the water in a effectively bone stock 22 year old Discovery without any issues to provide more reassurance

Love the idea, if we wanted to get real fancy it could be set up so that you can text a number with your information and it would appear on the forums in case of terrible or no signal (using something like a delorme)

No. The short version is snatch strap=springy/easy on gear. Tow strap=rigid, better for towing (example, flat towing another disabled rig).
Running start with snatch strap=super recovery power, running start with tow strap=maybe jerky recovery maybe no more recovery point/tow strap
