Id say just do it. And if you have a basic understanding of welding and design. Id just buy the steel. Cut it up and do it. Unless you’re heart is set on something really pretty.

What about making a velcro sock, thats velcro on the front and elastic on the back. Cut out for vanity mirrors, and then slip them over the sun visors?

Thats true. I drive a ford. But contact cement does stick and you can glue a patch of velcro up there for them.
