Happy to have the new rack on the truck. I'm rather pleased with the height and the angles. Also changed out the straps on my Tepui to some polypropylene straps since the nylon straps basically disintegrated after one trip. What sort of trails are you running? How often off camber are you going to be? How might does your RTT weigh? Are you planning on using annex or awning? Do you want to be able to mount Maxtrax or other stuff to the rack? My word of advice is just to keep the rack and tent low.- cbechtold

I built that rack a few years ago and just recently sold it. It was something custom that I wanted since a lot of racks were just too tall or didn't have the functionality that I wanted. New one will be built hopefully soon. I'll be happy to answer any question you have.- cbechtold
