    Service bed to overland trailer

Another question. So I assume those lights are the roll LED's that have the remote control and change colors, correct? Did you cut them into different lengths? If so how did you add them to the power/remote controller?

Does anyone take mountain bikes on overland trips?

I would like to figure out a way to bring bikes with us on certain trips but I am not there yet. My trailer has a good bit of open space in the middle so that might be an option. Or I could weld a hitch receiver to the back and add a bike carrier. But that would take a lot of weight off the...

    Camp gear storage.

I am a recent trailer convert. Not quite fully organized yet but the plan is for everything to live in the trailer.

    Dog's & NOT Overlanding

The only National park she came to with us was Great Sand Dunes, because they are allowed. It was a pain though because the sand was so hot the dog needed to stay near the creek while the others were sand boarding. No biggie though, it was still fun. Arches we boarded her for the day...

    Dog's & NOT Overlanding

Yep, we bring our dog 95% of the time we go on trips. She is a rather rambunctious 4 year old Blue heeler. She has good recall but not perfect, mostly when there are other dogs in the mix.. For some reason she does amazingly well on road trips and camping adventures. I almost feel like she...

Poll: I approach trip planning by...

I am more of a pour over maps kinda guy. But I do quite a bit of researching of spots and routes on the internet as well. We did a 30 day trip last summer from TN to MT and back. We had A LOT of things we wanted to do and had people we were meeting along the way so it had to be planned well...

Poll: Matching trailer tire size to vehicle tire size

I see the allure in having the same size trailer and vehicle tires, but I honestly thing there are 3 factor involved. Convenience (same size thus swap-ability), 4 wheeling ability, and COOLNESS FACTOR (trailers with big tires just look cool). For me it did not make $en$e for me to go that far...

    Scottles Worth the Price?

OK OK YOU'VE SOLD ME!! I just ordered a 2 burner (yet still portable sized, 298 sqin.) Pitboss propane griddle on sale. I want one for the house anyways. Dick's has the pitboss 2 burner for $79 and free shipping...

    Scottles Worth the Price?

I am going with a griddle on my 2 burner. And if I was going to get one I would just make it myself.

    Extendable Rack RTT Trailer Build

Hi! Thanks, it is working great so far. The scissor jack system has been working well. Need to refine a few things but it works well so far. I used a combination of 1.5 and 1.25" square tube like this. The 1.25" slides into the 1.5" perfectly. So I just jack up the tent and pin it when it...

    Adventure '4x6 Lowes' Trailer Build

Thanks! We are enjoying it! Got the 13 gal. water tank in and will be installing that and a pump. Working to get the kitchen box dialed in. I doubt the 13s will hold us back. Not planning on wheelin' with our trailer, just forest service roads.

    Extendable Rack RTT Trailer Build

FB marketplace. But they can be bought new, they're not cheap though. I did it this way over building the entire trailer into a box because I wanted room to haul stuff on the trailer. Raft, SUP boards, bikes, etc
