I’ll be out in that area after Christmas for a few days and looking for a few trails to run and places to see.

I have 2x4 .250 wall box tubing in the shop for my sliders. They will have some tube on the outside of them to help with a step and roof access
I’d like to run this at the end of December. Hoping it’s not closed down then. Assuming the ruts are solid bottom and it’s more of a clearance issue than a traction?

35s are 100% possible on stock wheels on a stock gmt800, they will rub the frame at full lock and require very minor trimming. I’ll post pics of my old halfton with 35s
To be fair I didn’t read the entire thread. I run a full size Sierra 2500hd diesel crew cab short bed as my adventure rig. I also daily drive it literally every day.
Anything that gets you out of the daily grind and out into NEATure is good enough for me and I’m glad it’s what gets you out...
