Have you done anymore on this? We recently acquired a Goal Zero Yeti 400 and want to mount a renogy panel to our rack. Does anyone have experience with mounting this and the options? I would it need it to ride verical on my rack or hang down over the rear hatch with being able to lift with the...
We have a yeti 400 spent a week on the road with it and we love it charges all our gear, runs the lights in the RTT all day and night. We also use it for our TV on rainy days and it lasts about 10 hours on the just the bank power without solar. With the panels it can maintain itself without...
Weather was the worst we have ever seen on our travels, the rain was so heavy it bent the smittybilt tent poles from weight of water. We found out the annex is no where near water proof, but had a good trip overall.
Are you using a different model now? Our XL is a little too big now that we have the annex.
I would be interested in this if we ever sold our 2883 so I would have more room for gear on the rack.

Try this website, it shows free and paid camp areas. Also has leads on dispersed camp sites. Best part it is has reviews and photos.
Campendium Boise Area

Yea hoping someone from the area will chime in eventually, the Red Rock Canyon and Valley of fire areas look really nice. So I plan on checking out those for sure. Pretty much everything else between there and here is untraveled land for me.
We tried various blankets and comforters in the RTT and we were never warm enough. Switched to high quality REI sleeping bags and havent had any issues yet down to 30 degrees with the windows open all the way.
Still looking for spots on the way down, anyone have recommendations?
Thinking first night driving from Spokane to somewhere near Ontario OR
Second night drive from Ontario OR area to Ely NV area
Third night drive from Ely NV to Valley of Fire
Next morning Valley of Fire to Vegas strip...
The plug was still seated in the hole just fine and I had to use a wrench to get it out, it was just the rubber seal split apart. The radiator was brand new and the teflon tape was on it originally either from the shop or the vendor? Either way I went to a hydraulic shop and they had a really...
