Hello Fellow OBers,
This is not an official trip, but I wanted to get the word out to you now so you can make plans if interested. Janet and I will be making an "exploratory" trip through the Lost Coast region looking for new places to camp. See a map snippet below.
We plan to leave on...
Hahaha - your build looks amazingly clean to me! I will volunteer to show off dirtiest implementation that has yet to cause significant injury or death ;-) I wouldn't mind someone going through the new switches in detail - I'm looking at implementing something with a Victron Cerbo GX and...
Sorry for the last minute notice, but we'll be making a loop of the Mendocino, Six Rivers and Lost Coast BDTs from 12-May to 19-May - would love to have any of you join us if you are interested.
Meetup is at the Pomo Gas Station outside of Upper Lake on 12-May at 12noon :-)
Hi Harrison, thanks for joining us. I hope we get together again soon. Please let us know of trips in your area you think we'd be a good fit for. Cheers, D

Road Status: While Usal Road from Highway 1 to the campground is open, it remains closed at mile 6.26 (just past the campground) through mile 24.30 (Four Corners).

Thanks Scotty for a great meeting today - good info on things to check! Key takeaway for me was a paint-pen to mark bolt/nut positions!
The Usal trip is looking awesome! Great weather - 40's - 60's on the beach, warmer inland, winds 10-20mph (kite opportunity!) Still a few slots left. Hope...
The weather forecast for April 19-21 is awesome! Highs 50-60's, lows 40-50's, winds 10-20 mph (typically stronger overnight than during the day).
We'll likely have a campfire (or more than one) each evening - bring firewood! Campfire permits.
Here's a bit more detail on our initial...
