Desde Republica Dominicana. Donde lo tenemos todo!! Menos nieve! Playa y Montaña!!
From Dominican Republic, we have it all!! Beaches and Mountains, everything but snow!

yes! When you go through the MOAB, I really see that you need height and flexibility. It's not my case, only some trails in my country (Dominican Republic) have those big rocks and falls. We deal mainly with mud and high speed dirt roads, crossing rivers and loose gravel. Once in a while, we...
That's great but I don't think I'm going that way. I'm staying 3"-3.5" Lift with 32's (265/75R16) or maybe 33's (285/70R17).
This is my DD. With those Short Arms I will be more than good! LOL
And the I6 4.0L, those tires are big enough. I have the 3.73 dif ratio.
Just one observation, try to locate the tire as close to the pivot as possible, in this way, the horizontal load on the support would be less. however, it would block you more the vision of the mirror, if you have any.
Anyway, I like how the project is doing. very clean and simple.
You should...
Perfect, good to know that I made a good purchase and will not have problems in at least 3 years. Thanks for the comments, now I am much calmer.
In a few months I will buy the Core4x4 control arms. (Baby coming so I need to save $, LMAO) Tier2 probably.
I'm going to take my rig to an...
Very nice rig! I'm having the same problems you had a while ago. CPS, CKS, TPS, Injectors (mine is # 3 P0203), Thermostat and neck housing.
How do the Bilstein 5100 feel? this month I will install the IRO 3 "A-Arm and I am considering the Core4x4 adjustables all over, but I am not very...
Hi guys! Ronald Miranda, from Dominican Republic.
Moving to CT next year! so, hope to see some of you guys there.
Experience: Rookie camper but with great driving skills off road! LOL
I spend a lot f time on OB forum.
Any question about motor oil and lubricants in general. I'm here for you...
My two babies, that photo was about a year ago!
Both lifted, WJ on 32's MT and WK Limited Hemi on 33's AT.
Love those GC, going to change my WK for a 2014 WK2 or Durango for family trips at the end of this year.
New baby in the oven. LOL
This is how my WJ looks now. I love every Jeep model...
You need to set 3 things!
1. What do you want to do with it?
2. How much do you want to spend on the build? (Not just the vehicle)
3. How often will you use it?
As @tsteb112 and @WindyBadger said. I own 2 GC's - WK Limited 07 and a WJ Laredo 01. For DD my WK is awesome, even with his big gas...
Just a follow up! I talked to Nick (KOLAK) this guy is a celebrity in GC WJ Suspensions! And he actually give some great options, just like I want it to hear, pros and cons, options and more!
The final result was:
Bilstein 5100 Shocks and IRO +3" Springs. And recommended a new set of Isolators...
for real!! I assume V8 was heavier! because they sell 2.5"/2.0" springs for the V8 and 2.0"/2.0" for the I6.
But not a big difference either way! 60lbs is a bigger spare tire!
Thanks man, for your review! I can consider that setup.
I'm going to add some weight with the front and rear tubular bumpers, rock slider and roof rack. Rear with tire carrier.
And usually we load more stuffs for camping trips. So, I will add about 600+lbs.
My WJ is I6 4.0L, so its a little...
Hi guys,
I'm looking for a new setup on my Grand Cherokee WJ.
Right now, I'm running 2.5 BB with Stock Springs. JKS Adjust Trackbar and ProComp ES9000 shocks.
I don't want to go over 3" Lift! because this is my daily and I use it on highway every week.
Looking for something more...
