The biggest issue I had with this trailer is the "ability to adjust the tent height". which you cant. its to heavy and awkward. I made a solution and it works great. lets me park it in the garage, and gives me 8" when we go out.
When we were going down the other side of the hill, there was a full size 90's suburban coming up the road. I dont recall any even hair raising spots for our 4 runner, you should be good.
