I take my discada/cowboy wok with me every time, can cook everything with it. Still take my Coleman stove and grate for fire if grilling steaks as like that grilled flavor on those. But always use for at least a couple of meals if out for few days.

We had a couple of tents -10 person for long trips and 3 to 4 person for short trips, but got the Gazelle T4 plus for convenience (got on black Friday sale less than $400) and it has been great for times when we leave after work and are fighting sunset when get to destination. Takes less than 2...

We built ours, much better and cheaper! Can use as either tall or table top version the way we built legs. Do what makes you happier. They are great to cook on!

No requirements. Just keep a watch for the Rally for Southwest DFW area :) We are always looking for new ideas also. Some of our Rally posts are linked to other ones that we might have used previously. Hopefully can come up with something for January after the holidays.

Didn't take a lot of pics this time. But large turnout and great time at scavenger hunt and the white elephant gift exchange :) Just took a few pics. Wish we took our phones when we were all gathered by fire and of all the rigs. Will try to get more next time.

@Laud-We went out to Cedar Creek Park at lake Whitney this weekend on way back from seeing family this weekend just to look around....is there another camping area? There were about 4 spots further down from where pavilion is. There was an area that had road blocked. Just wondering. Are any...
