I have a Warn 8000 that I picked up free, because the previous owner broke both drum supports and tie rods. For under $200 I completely rebuilt it with new Warn parts. It's an easy job. The hardest part was cleaning the old grease out of the planetary assembly. It came with a near...- Tozovr
