    Thanks all. I've been working hard and getting out as much as possible so haven't been checking in here as much. I ended up selling the Jeep and getting something with a little more room. Losing the built in Ursa Minor camper hurt but there's always a trade off... Raptor.01

    Sorry if I missed context in an earlier post but do you have the background maps downloaded to your device. Off grid, your GPS should work but if you don't have a map pre-loaded, you might just see the pointer and no detail. A handy app to check if your device is actually picking up the GPS...

    Yes, it's made by a company called Ursa Minor that has facilities in San Diego, CA and Portland, OR. They also make them for the Honda Element. It works well for one or two people.
