Aaannnddd, a nice view of the cooler clearance and modular mounting for the cooler assemblies. Like everything else on the FrankenJeep TJ8, everything is being put together with an eye toward modularity and maintenance/replacement.

I think this is the 5th or 6th iteration of radiator and intercooler configuration. The CAC is up front where it "belongs", even though the turbo and coolant inlets are gonna look like a bowl of spaghetti dumped on a toddler's head.

yeah, she's sloooooowly going back together for the last time now. We created some interesting challenges with water and intercooler piping in the front, so were waiting on some fittings. Dash layout is done (in cardboard) and the dash and steering column are ready to go in, then the wiring...

Appears from the photos to be 1/2 or 3/4 plywood (can't remember how tall the corner stacking brackets are). I've done this on a few cases using UHMW or HDPE plastic... makes for a good kitchen prep board. ~doc

Zarges are definitely top-notch. Used them during my military service as well, though at that time weren't as popular as the Hardigg style. I personally liked the fact that there wasn't so much lost space in the Zarges vs rotomolded.
