    No one cares man about your politics, depart this thread, thanks. For the rest, im departing Reno/Tahoe on the 23rd or 24th to take it slow to the event. Then post event we've got a small group headed into the mountains for some camping and exploring some new spots.

    Do you do all your own build labor?

    I can do the labor, but I dont. I'd rather pay $200 for the 3-4hrs of work I need than spending 5-6hrs myself getting it done.

    Where to start?

    I'm going to advise against a bed rack (exposed frame on top of the bed to mount gear to). A bed camper shell is secure, weatherproof, and still offers roofmounted possibilities. Moving gear in and out brings me to a Decked solution, or a similar drawer system that runs the length of the bed...

    Moab, for the Unexperienced.....

    Shafer Trail down from Canyonlands down to White Rim Trail, incredible views all the way down, very few people, easy going trails with challenges if you want. Onion Creek is interesting, but might be dry. Chicken Corners for sure, excellent views.
