DV seems to do backcountry camping a bit differently (maybe I've spent too much time in UT/CO/WY parks); do I read correctly that one can obtain a permit and then basically camp...within...

I am a link happy person. Use them everywhere. When trying to link out from my signature, system says I can only have 1 link per signature. However I believe I see others with more. What is the policy and may I respectfully ask why limit?
