Alpine Loop seems kind of busy, thinking about Hayden Pass this weekend.

Hi Neal, yes it won't let me change it. I have no idea why. I have put the address in, the coordinates, the business and it always changes the top line back to Sand Dunes Mo. We are meeting and camping at the Colorado Farm Brewery and heading out into the San Juans on Saturday. Google Maps...

Hi Dusty Roads, Please feel welcome to participate. We are setup just GMRS for comm, using overland bound channel 15. Looking forward to showing folks some cool places Saturday. I will post up more of a schedule for Sat and Sun tomorrow, but we will adjust as needed.

We will be FRS/ GMRS, though maybe not the best, seems to be the simplest for most. Neal, I recall seeing specific channels for Overland Bound? and maybe Rocky Mountain region too? Any insight there?

Hayden is probably a good alternative to Medano, but I haven't been up there this year. I will see if I can find out its condition.

Hi Rick, Actually Medano is now closed. We have had a tremendous Monsoon season so far, and I guess the roaded is now washed out. They do not expect to get it open anytime soon from the last I heard. Depending on your rig, Marshall Pass maybe an option for those heading North on Saturday...
