What a weekend!! Thanks for all the participated! We all (well most ;) ) had a great time. Corral Hollow was the expected easy run for everyone with awesome views at the top. Slick Rock was a mutha!! But was a lot of fun and truly a test of ones rig, driving capabilities and spotting skills...

Okay bud, I understand. But there is another brand new JLU that is coming that won't be running slick Rock so don't feel you have to. Thanks for the heads up on Corral Hollow. Quite the difference it'll be from last year then!

I've heard most people say they started at the southern end instead of by Alpine Lake. Any particular reason why? I'm leading a small group up there Saturday (all first timers) and just trying to get info on what's best for the group. Thanks!

Hello Matt, we can discuss the options when I see you at work tomorrow but I would not suggest staying a second night at Corral Hollow since there isn't much going on up there.
