We did! Weather was great, trails were clear of any other travelers as well. Water crossings were low, we did the entire thing a stock '14 4runner on stock tires. It was a beautiful trip.

No worries man! We actually journeyed down the Mojave Trail, did the whole thing from Baker, Ca into Nevada. It was fantastic. Got down to about 36° at night, not too bad in the RTT. We need to get a central Texas meetup or trail day soon. Itching to meet some more overlanders. Sent from...

Planning a trip leaving Indio, CA on the 1st and heading east. Anyone have any experience or advice on things to see in Coronado National Forest, Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, or Kofa National Wildlife Refuge? Planning to spend 2-3 days in each adventuring around and camping on our way...

I think Big Bend and Coronado National Forest are where we will be headed instead. We are traveling with dogs too, so that adds another layer of complexity. How cold is Big Bend this time of year typically? I would guess it’s freezing or below overnight? Sent from my iPhone using OB Talk
