Just saw this and thought I’d share. Looks like the route will be posted in September. Unique thing about this BDR is it’s a loop, which I thought is pretty cool.

Moose River Plains was really cool for us last fall. Camping, exploring and hiking is legal… we even bumped into a guy hunting. Very spacious and your rig will fit on all the routes meant for vehicles there

This is the first I’m hearing of it for PA. But it sounds like the system NJ has. I can’t remember the fee for NJ, but it is between 5-20$. I think for most people it’s enough that if they spend the money they’ll be there. But I think this is a result of the states trying to make everything...
