I Started helping my dad work on his truck when I really young. My first viehcle was a 1960 Chevy truck, every time I drove it was like an episode of Roadkill (best truck ever). I was a KC-130J mechanic when I was in the Marines and most Marines I worked with were afraid to work on their own...

I went through East Coast Gear Supply, I pulled my differentials out and sent over to them to set up the differentials. The removal of the rear diff was a breeze, the front was a bit more involved especially having to wrestle the diff out by my self. Driving with the locker dose take some...

    Snorkels?

I will have to try it out, I heard that some people had issues with filters not sealing completely in side the airbox. I could look into the air filter grease to eliminate that possibility. I had a 86 vw golf never had any issues with dirt getting past the K&n filter it had. It had a mechanical...

I would have to admit I at first thought they were solely for water crossings my self. I had seen a timmy the toolman video adding a snorkel, he and his helper explained the benefits of one. Naturally that lead to seen more videos out of Australia discussing their main reasons for the snorkels...

I leveled up my mall crawler status. My True North fabrications diy plate bumper kit is welded together just needs some finishing on the outside. The snorkel I had put on a couple months back, it's main purpose is to reduce the amount of dirt and mud in the air box.
