I need gears bad, that's part of the problem... I still have stock 4.10s. Will be going with 5.29s, but not until I can afford to lock it. So many plans... not enough money or time!

I'm sure mine will last another 150k... I just don't think I can deal with the lack of power and fuel economy for that long. Not that the OM617 would do that much better than what I already have, but at least I can expect 20+mpg. Right now with 35's I get about 12!

Haha thanks man, it's got a 3.0 in it for now... pervious owner had the head gaskets go out and fixed some time around 100k miles. I'll probably be rolling past 150k in the next couple weeks. Planning a swap but still undecided. I'm torn between the easy route (3.4 Toyota 5VZFE) or the cool...

Trying to get ready for a beach trip in two weeks... added a leaf to the rear, working on a tire carrier out of scrap metal from work, building some custom leaf spring mounts on the front to lift the front up a tiny bit more and change my pinion angle so my driveshaft will fit and my steering...

Still pretty new here, so I figured I'd let yall in on my build. I've been working on my rig for about 6 months now so I've got a lot to catch up on so I'll start from the beginning.
I bought a 1990 Toyota Pickup from my buddy who quit working on his 'project' in the middle of a SAS. When I...
