    Thanks for the advice, I used Raptor bedliner to cover the trailer.

    Thanks, I used Raptor liner for the outside, and on the galley door I used an stencil and then use black liner.

    Yes, I used 1/2 clear coated plywood for the walls.

    The roof rack is already done, when I was doing the frame work I welded the nuts to the frame.

    Yes, I have 2 volt batteries making one 12 volts, and a 100 watts solar panel.

    The brand of the axles is Flexiride. And in the second picture you can see what I had to do to fix it, this was done in a small fishing town in Baja called Bahia de los Angeles.

    I used this suspension, but I wouldn't recommend, after driving in Baja on the roads destroyed by the hurricane, one of them broke, and we spent half a day fixing it.

    Thanks, I haven't actually weighted, but I will say it's around 1600 lbs, it's a 4x8 trailer that I designed and built.
