I live in Jabiru which is smack bang in the middle of Kakadu National Park and when the roads are open I try to go camping as much as possible. Here are a few snippets of a trip in September 2016.

When camping in the bush in Australia be sure to have spare wiper blades handy. The local crows decided to strip mine at Jim Jim Falls camp ground, they must taste awesome.

This is how quick things change overnight after a good rain.

This water fall (Jim Jim Falls) was dry the day before. Bone dry. Normally the only time you can see it with this amount of water is in a helicopter... We were lucky that we camped there and could walk to the falls. Amazing.
