I made an online purchase for 2 Badges in Feb this year. I got an email thanking me for my order. Since that day, I have had no correspondence. I have replied to the email asking for status with no reply. There is no way that I can find to contact anyone. The email does have a button for order status. When I click the button it states order received. That's it. Same status as Feb. It's April. So what is the deal??? It's pretty frustrating when there is zero customer service or communication. I would like the know the status of my order.
