I will try to make it so I can meet you guys. I usually take Naciemento Fergusson road up. Part of it is paved. Otherwise you can go up the back way. Which I forget the name of the road. There are plenty of spots up there.

The forecast next Saturday says sunny with temps into the low 60's during the day and mid 40's at night. Not too bad.

Just want to confirm the group and routes
the following are meeting in Santa Cruz at my house at 7 am on Saturday. ( DM me for directions if you want to also meet here)

Getting breakfast in Watsonville at Beach Cafe probably at 8:00 am then headed south. We are planning on stopping at the Safeway in Carmel and picking up food or whatever and hopefully meeting up with @Recon2X
@maktruk will be there Friday night if anyone wants to head up early
@SLO Rob , @pabloquiros , @kkauweloa, @FozRoamer are headed from the south and meeting us at the campsite at some point.
We need some volunteers to bring firewood for a night. CB channel 16 as always..and 146.20 for ham ( is that correct??)

I'll bring fire wood. It's going to be cold at night. If everyone staying the night can bring a small bundle, that would be great.
