Heads up if you go larger tires

Light sensors ? in the dirt and mud be aware.. I went with the AEV Programmer..

I don't know who owned it or what that person did before I bought my vehicle but my speedo runs 5 mph slow since I bought it, I run standard size tires. I just drive 5 mph over the marked speed limit. Never had a problem with the law.

More than likely a device that measures ground speed like the ones used in agricultural equipment. Spray rigs in particular.. for my vehicle I know that if a tire is 1” larger then stock, add 3%. mine are 2” larger than stock so add 6%. If my cruise is set at 62 I know I’m actually doing 66 mph. Same with mileage, if the odo says I’ve traveled 100 miles, I know I’ve traveled 106 miles.. knowing this is a lot cheaper than worrying about recalibrating my Speedo.

This works in most cases, but if the area you are driving through are having a "Max Enforcement" ie. speed, DUI ,
excessive lane changes and such, they will cite for three MPH over...
