NH camping

Might be doing NEBDR section 6 in less than 2 weeks. I’m looking for info on places to camp around Woodsville NH and Mt Washington.

Preferably dispersed/free but any and all info is welcome.

Jefferson Notch Road before Rt 2 and after the trailhead parking lot has several dispersed spots (NEBDR goes right through here). If you have others with you, Dolly Copp's group area is still nice (small fee). The main campground is lost to the glamper's...

As of right now NH is the back up plan for next week if weather in the Lake Placid area is uncooperative.

If we don’t go to NH next week we may do it in Oct, but wherever/ whenever we go I will try to give an after action report
