Looks nice.. I have decided i am gonna use the tent i currently have and save for a RTT myself. The RTT is awesome IMO.. Just pull up, flip it open and your ready to camp.

If you find a good deal on one of those bad boys, let me know please! Also like the look and ease of Oztent RV3
 
The only thing i see bad about that tent is the rain fly. If you want nice protection in the rain and to make sure you dont wake up with a flooded tent, get something that has full vestibules on it (rain fly goes all the way to the ground). It is very well worth the extra cost to do so.

they sold out of them now so if you didn't get one you'll have to wait for the next round.
