Gotta love TX. Reminds me of the joke Ron White tells about the death penalty in TX, wherein most states are abolishing the death penalty, TX is installing an express lane.

I was with a couple of friends trying to do a loop ride around Red Indian Lake here in Central Newfoundland on my KLR. In the middle of nowhere, I come upon this sign. I should have had my GPS with me so I could see where I was exactly. We were winging it that trip. Was really fun though!
