Need some help. I’m a new member #18508 and my account is registered, but my account doesn’t show it. The map and it’s features don’t seem to work either. I’ve never been a member of a forum before and I’m still trying to figure everything out, so I apologize in advance.

Try using customer support and explaining the issue. It may be a minor software glitch that can easily be fixed.
