Hi new to the forum. Have been wheeling since I was a kid, spend the winters in the desert and go out quite often around Palm Desert. Living on Vancouver Island and hope to meet members here.

Hi all,

Thought id join up after seeing a local guy was a member. I'm from North East Scotland (Aberdeenshire). I drive a 1992 Land rover Defender 90 (Lola) with a Ventura roof tent. I'm planning on doing some traveling through the UK and into Europe this year with it.

Welcome. VI is a beautiful island. My wife and I go up every so often to visit family and decided to bring the rig a while back to camp. Now we are looking at coming back for an extended trip. Hope to meet up some time.

Hi everybody, i am new to this thing you call overlanding but have been watching videos and following pages on instagram for a while. My rig is a 2014 Jeep JK with some decent modifications but nothing crazy. My next mod will be a roof rack so i can really start going out for awhile and not just a day trip. i am located just outside Charlotte, NC.

Hi everyone! Located in San Ramon (close to Pleasanton), CA Bay Area. Had several rigs throughout the years, and love exploring, wrenching, and long walks on the beach :) Current rigs are a couple Wranglers and a Grand Cherokee.

Main rig is my daily driver one ton home built JK with "junkyard axles" :)

I enjoy exploring the California and Nevada trails, and most of the overlanding I do involves some rockcrawling on the side ;) I love taking the family camping and exploring nature, and they have been hitting trails and wrenching since they were babies :)

Hi all - I live in LA, and have been backpacking and car camping for quite a while. However, I just picked up a vehicle this summer to help access some new sites and avoid the crowds. As I finish up a few modifications on the vehicle, I'm looking forward to learning about new locations, joining up with a few trips next summer. Nice to find a community that is inclusive to all people and budgets.

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Rig: 1997 Nissan Pathfinder XE, 4WD. Currently, stock everything. However, adding a suspension lift and tires in the coming months.
Experience: Limited - I've gone out on a few trails in the San Bernadino Mountains and Anza-Borrego.
