Wanted - Pacific Northwest - 8000 Lb winch

Looking to build some recovery capabilities into my 2004 4Runner. Minimum weight should be 8000. I'd take something up to 9500 lbs. Synthetic line is preferable. Willing to negotiate on price and drive 200 miles. I live near Portland, Oregon

Keep an eye on the PDX Craigs list. Lot of winches listed, I picked up a new/used Zeon 12-s for 8 bones last year, wireless remote and all. Check twice a day, good deals go fast, new stuff listed almost daily.

Depends on the brand, model, condition, and if it comes with steel or synthetic line. Would prefer to stay under $500.
