Trying out the Bradshaw Trail & Salton Sea with my special needs son and I this weekend.

Decided to try out a trail in a whole other direction, The Bradshaw Trail, this was a very bumpy not graded unforgiving road! From the entrance all to about 15 miles in it was slowing going and no smooth portion of road anywhere. Don't know if I'll try this trail again, don't recommend this trail for a stock vehicle or a small upgrade vehicle, my truck was not fully prepared for this trail, recommend a upgraded suspension and 35' tires minimum for this trail to have a better ride! Eventually we ended up at the Salton Sea (much easier), Bombay Beach exploring the sites and a trail... Easy trails or rough trails, either way getting out to explore is never time lost!!![emoji906]️[emoji111]️

I know the spot with the boat! My mom was a volunteer park ranger at the Salton Sea for about a year. A long, boring year lol.

Very cool. Bummer the road is in such bad shape, I am taking a group out there this weekend. I did it a year ago and the road was pretty well maintained back then, guessing winter hasn't been kind. We're all in now so we'll make due with what we're dealt, lol. Glad you had some fun with your boy!

Was there 2 weeks ago, went from west to east. the east end was a nice ride but the west in the wash was really ruff.
