A little friendly competition

Spent the weekend at a local cook off. I personally didn't do as well as I had hoped but for my first competition in a borrowed pit I had never cooked on before it went pretty well. 8th of 30ish in cooks choice and one team member brought home first place in Margaritas. All in all it was a good weekend.

Thanks. It is actually pork belly burnt ends, my ribs were not even close to my best work so I didn't even take a picture of them. Hit me up next time you are down and we will meet up.
