I have a 2013 Manley ORV trailer that I am putting up for sale. I absolutely love it and it's served me and my family well, however, I'm considering pursuing a habitat. The trailer has been stored in my warehouse in San Diego when not in use and is in excellent condition I'd like to sell it as a package with all accessories included. Here's what it has on it:

Awesome setup. How does the annex work with the tent being lower to the ground on the trailer rather than the roof.
 
I’m open to offers and the price can be adjusted depending on whether certain things are needed (I.e. RTT). I’m asking $10k for the whole thing OBO.
