If you're on Pinterest, there's a TON of good camp recipes available via search. Here's my small selection (all depend on which gear I have with, some are more involved than others). There's old style foil-packet meals, delicious breakfast muffins, tips for campfire grilling, stews, trail mix, campfire nachos, Hobo Hamburgers, simple deserts, etc:

@ChefboyRD wrote, when I see a camp recipe I want to try, I copy it to my iPad or phone so I have the ingredient list/directions even if off-line. Also helps when gathering groceries. I try to be as paperless as I can 'cause I'm always losing, misplacing, or forgetting paper lists.
@Steve - did you ever get a copy ? I have it in a couple formats, though looks like the site now has it downloadable in a couple diff ways that don't require giving any info or card#.
