2014 Nissan Xterra X 4x4. I've only had it a couple of weeks, still bone stock. Long time 4x4 fan and been following the overland movement the last couple of years, really excited to own a off road vehicle again.

Any other 1st gens? Here's a picture of my 01 SE, 4x4, 5spd. Ive only had it a few months and I have a garage full of parts I'll be installing when I get back stateside (AC UCAs, AC Tbars, rear 2"lift leaf pack,ARB snorkel, gobi ladder, Dometic cf25, and a few other things). I spent the first few months doing maintenance... Tbelt, plugs, fluids, cooling system and the like. It's on 32" Grabbers (brand new) in the picture.

Reliability is my first priority with this rig, not my daily but I have two young children and my wife and dogs that ride with me, so I don't want to risk a breakdown. Anyhow...I like my rig and can't wait to continue with the build.

IMG_6932.JPG IMG_6932.JPG Just picked up a first gen 2001 Nissan Xterra. All stock as of now but have some plans. Two kids in high school so have to clear purchase with the wife first lol.

She hates it when the big brown truck pulls up in front of the house without warning....

Well, plan on a 3 inch suspension lift and maybe a one inch body lift. I've never been a fan of body lifts. I'd like to be able to fit up to about a 33" tire. Get an ARB front bumper, Gobi rack and adding some fuel can storage. Extra fuel and Xterra's go hand in hand I've discovered. I'd like to come up with a rack for the cargo area and also have a fridge that's can run off of a solar setup. I thought about a roof top,tent, but then I lose the storage up top. Of course these are long term plans, I won't be getting all of this within a month.....

But, I will be changing tires early next year and putting in a good A/T tire............
