Western Cape 4x4 trails

Wanted to get a few inputs from the people here and to start building a feed on the 4x4 trails in the Western Cape.

We have been out to Tierkloof, Klein Tafelberg, Gatsrivier Rivier, Matroosberg and a route between Eselbank and Wuppertal but the name escapes me now in the last few months.

There are plenty. Like endlessly plenty. Tracks 4 africa have done well it is there backyard.

We did Ou Trackpad this weekend.

Wasn't challenging at all but a lot of fun.

Should we try and get a close enough trip going with maybe a one night camp. I’m hectic with humanitarian trip and camping show and tell coming 1,2 and 3rd March. You should try and come for that if you like

I can reccomend Grabouw for a very scenic route, mostly easy with a few optional grade 4/5 obstacles. Has some awesome panoramic views

Plenty routes. Some great Facebook pages and with chatty people. I can’t wait for a hint of summer to head out
