Trout Fishing North Georgia

I'm planning a trip this weekend up to the North Georgia Mountains. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions where I can camp off the beaten path and fish with good trout spawns where I'm not trespassing on private property. I'm trying to find places along Rock Creek or the Toccoa River.
