Will be going down in a week or two and decided to buy a CVT tent. I'm trying to get some ideas where I can camp with my 4runner and RTT in Congaree and the Everglades. Any ideas or help would be awesome .

There is a campground in the Everglades National Park, I think it's called Flamingo. It's all the way at the bottom and looks kind of cool.
They allow tents, so I can't see why they would exclude RTTs. I have only heard of problems like that at private campgrounds.
As far as Congaree is concerned, that one is tent only in the park itself. But looking on the map, nearby is Poinsett State Park which takes tents and rvs, so you would probably be good there.
