What you’re asking about doesn’t exist, to my knowledge. The entire north half of NJ is metro NY. In the south are the Pine Barrens. That’s it. Everything else is private property. Check out the Appalachian Byway. It is a network of overland roads, gravel roads and trails stretching from the Smoky Mnt National Park, all the way up to Maine. As the name implies it follows along the Appalachian Mountain Range. Good Luck
