I was scrolling through FB marketplace and found a stock TJ unlimited roof on a scrapped Jeep. I contacted my buddy right away and a road trip ensued. Long story short, we almost picked off a moose in my F150 going to get it, but it's back home now and we installed it last night. Now, his "unlimited" is actually a regular TJ that the previous owner lengthened to the Unlimited length and added extra wheelbase as well. The workmanship is great on the stretch and its undetectable. You cannot see where he did the work. But it looks so much better with the stock roof on it. The previous one was constructed using the old TJ roof and plywood/fiberglass combo. It weighed a crap load. Had to use the forklift to get it off it was so heavy.
