Teardrop project

Advocate III

Looks like it will take some work. As long as the "bones" are good I would say it looks like a good project. a lot of it looks pretty rough but maybe thats just me ( I generally dont have a whole lot of time to put into repairs) and it is a decent style of trailer to start with/build. i have been looking at building one myself soon.

One has to start somewhere.

It looks like a pretty light frame. Check the axles, lube the bearings, load it lightly.
Maybe buy new tires....

With good tires, axle, bearings and hitch it should never leave you stranded.
What are you pulling it with ?

It definitely has a nice patina.

If you cover the insides with patio carpet from Home Depot, the insides will look nice and be a ton quieter and warmer.

Just curious if you got it or not. I would love to find an old teardrop like that. That would be a fun project.
