South Florida - Piscayune Strand State Forest

Recently I have moved to South Florida and I usually work Saturdays so I haven't been able to explore. Fortunately, I have Labor Day and the day before off so I am hoping to go alone to some exploring. So far I am looking at the Piscayune Strand State Forest. I may camp there but mainly would like some alone time to explore. May some other activities?

So I am asking, who has been there? Any experiences and advise? Any fun activities in Naples, FL?
