The two sides are connected on the interior over the top of the hump. So you just lift one side and water flows to the other. Not sure if it will fit your rig, but here are the tank dimensions from Front Runner's website.

Product Dimensions:
W 1200mm (47.2") x H 180mm (7.1") x L 250mm (9.8")

Cut-out (hump):
W 210mm (8.3") - W 300mm (11.8") x H 110mm (4.3")
