Socal-AZ-UT Overland trip

So I'm planning a trip 2-3 week trip in April from Ventura, CA through AZ and southern Utah... We plan on stopping at Joshua tree, Sedona, grand canyon, Zion and Bryce.. I am looking for some off grid cam sites in those areas.. we will be towing a 15 ft off road/overland camper which so far can go everywhere out 4runner can go.. any suggestions of campsites and things to see and do would be great..
